Good questions

Before you book.

Yes — all visits are by appointment. We keep groups small and unhurried so the herd stays happy, which means slots fill up quickly. Booking guarantees your time and lets us have everything ready for you.
Yes! Hand-feeding is the best part. We provide farm-approved feed cups, and our guides show you the gentle way to say hello. Alpacas are calm and curious — they usually come right up.
Absolutely. Toddlers to grandparents all love it. Younger children should stay with an adult in the pasture, and we keep everything calm, slow, and stroller-friendly.
Comfy, closed-toe shoes you do not mind getting a little dusty, and a hat and sunscreen — we are on the desert edge. Layers are smart in cooler months.
Please do! Golden hour on the ranch is unbeatable. For professional or styled shoots, book a dedicated photo session so we can give you space and time with the herd.
Yes — we offer cozy alpaca socks, hand-spun yarn, and plushies. Ask us about add-ons when you book, or call the farm to arrange an order.
